QA Engineer

Rebtel is looking for a QA Engineer

The role

You will be part of the Rebtel team - a small team, achieving big things. You will support and contribute to our testing strategy for the Frontend applications that are used by millions of our users.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for frontend applications for both Web and MobileConduct functional, regression, and performance testing for our Web and Mobile application.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers) to define test plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA.Ensure test coverage by writing end-to-end tests using frameworks as Cypress, and/or Appium (Webdriver IO).Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development process.Analyze and report on test results, providing insights to improve product quality and user experience.Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes by integrating automated tests into the pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in automation testing
• A genuine passion for software quality and testing
• Strong knowledge and experience with automation testing frameworks like: Cypress, Postman, WebdriverIO, and Appium
• Experience with JavaScript / Typescript 
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Proficient in using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points

• Experience with monitoring tools
• Experience with performance testing tools
• Knowledge of cloud providers, specifically Azure and AWS
• Experience with GraphQL and/or REST
