Usage notifications:
All of our services are pre-paid. Being a Rebtel customer, we will help you monitor your usage by providing you with notifications via email or IVR (Interactive Voice Response) when you reach 100% of your call value.
Usage notifications occur in almost real time after you actually reached the respective thresholds.
Other ways of managing your usage:
You may at any time, by logging in on your Rebtel user account (via our website or the application), monitor your spend of Rebtel minutes and credits. In addition you may also keep track of your usage by calling your Access Number (as found HERE on the webpage if your located in one of the countries from where you may use our services). Please note that calling your Access Number does not work in relation to our welcome offers.
Mobile roaming:
If you connect to/use the service through a phone number provided by Rebtel while you are in a country that is not the country associated with your phone operator (in other words; out-of-country/roaming usage) this usage may lead to significantly higher costs in relation to your operator than regular (local) usage. Please contact your operator in respect of any matters related to the applicable charges and any other terms in respect of mobile roaming.
Your Rebtel service can be used abroad if you are a Rebtel app user and enable the “Travel mode” in your application which involves the connection of your calls over a WiFi network.
The Rebtel calling services enable you to place voice calls over the public switched telephone network, terminating on both fixed and mobile telephony networks. In more detail, Rebtel is using virtual local landline numbers and routing parts of the call over the internet. Please note that the voice communication service provided by Rebtel is not a traditional telephone service or a replacement for your primary telephone service. You are solely responsible for verifying with your mobile operator (or any other Provider that you are using in relation to the use of the Rebtel services) that the use of our services is permitted in accordance with any contractual obligations you may have with your mobile operator, and also to check and pay for such imposed additional fees. Note that, as soon as your call is connected to a phone number provided by Rebtel, the call may be charged by your Provider, regardless of whether you are connected to the receiver of the call or not (i.e. even if the line is busy). For any matters relating to coverage of your mobile network or similar we refer to your mobile operator.
We can offer termination in several countries around the world, but we can’t guarantee that we support termination in all countries or to all phone numbers or that we always will support termination to any particular country or phone number. We make no representation that our Services are available for use in any particular location.
We are responsible for the service that we are providing to you, and we will be there to help in case you have any feedback or wish to complain.
Since all of our products are pre-paid, we will charge you in advance for the product you choose to purchase and your receipt will be emailed to you after completion of the transaction.
You can complete your purchase via credit card (or PayPal).
