How do I know my recipient has received the money I have sent?

 

You can track your Money Transfer 3 different ways!

Via App

You can head on your account activity and you can see status of your Money Transfer is Complete.

 

Via Email 

We will be sending out updates on your email so please be sure that the email you have used to register with Rebtel is correct. 

These updates will be including the whole money transfer process and when your recipient gets the money you have sent. 

 

Via Ria's Tracking Tool 

You can also use Ria's Track a Transfer tool to monitor your transfer at any time by entering your Order Number, PIN, or reference that is on your confirmation email.
