From November 25th to 30th 2024, for customers who recharge amounts ranging from 500 CUP to 1250 CUP, the recipient amount will multiply by twelve in the main balance. The main balance maintains the established validity period (330 days) from the recharge date.

• Customers who receive a 500 CUP recharge will receive 6000 CUP in their main balance, which will maintain the established validity period (330 days) from the recharge date.

  their expiration dates, meaning these resources will NOT have their validity extended.
• A customer can receive multiple recharges during the promotional period, which will
  cause their main balance to accumulate.
• Users will not have a limit on recharges during the promotional period, as long as their

• After a recharge during the promotion, the user will receive a notification about their
  main balance status. Main balance inquiries can be made through *222# and are free of
  charge.
• The user in Cuba will receive an SMS notifying them that their account has been recharged. It's important to remember that notification messages have a validity period and to receive them, the mobile must be active and in a location with proper coverage.
• Checking the bonuses is also free of charge and can be done by dialing 222266#, or 222BON#.
• If the customer has not used up their bonus and the expiration date is near, they will receive an SMS alerting them of the approaching expiration. To receive this alert, the mobile must be active and in a location with proper coverage.
