• Customers who recharge during the promotional period and have active resources from combined plans (national and/or international), LTE packages, and/or international data bonuses at the time of applying the recharge will NOT have their expiration date extended.
• With this promotion, the active SMS or MIN bonuses and plans will NOT have their validity period extended.
• After making an international recharge starting from the minimum amount (500 CUP), the mobile line will have a validity of 330 days. Before this time ends, a recharge must be made to keep the service active. Additionally, 30 extra days will be granted before the service is disabled.
• You can make multiple recharges during the promotional period, as long as the maximum main balance amount is not exceeded.
• The user in Cuba receives an SMS notifying them that their account has been recharged.
