What is a Nauta access account?

To connect to the internet in Cuba, it is necessary to open a temporary or permanent Nauta access account. Once you have created a Nauta account, you can send Nauta top-ups to your friend's Nauta email address so they can surf the web, make audio or video calls, send or receive photos, and keep in touch!

In Cuba, you can open a Nauta account by visiting an Etecsa store.

IMPORTANT!

To open an account you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid ID with you
• Pay the equivalent  of one hour of navigation

The cost depends on the type of account you select. The account will be activated on the same day as registration.
