Rebtel Money Transfer Service Discontinuation

 

Rebtel is evolving to focus on our core services, and we are discontinuing the Money Transfer service. Here’s everything you need to know:

1. When is Rebtel stopping Money Transfers?

The service will end on March 15, 2025. After this date, you won’t be able to send money through Rebtel.

2. Can I still send money before the deadline?

Yes! You can continue to send money through Rebtel until March 15, 2025. After that, we won’t accept new transfers.

3. What happens to my ongoing transfers?

Any transfers sent before the deadline will be processed as usual. You don’t need to worry about them being canceled.

4. What if I need to send money after March 15?

We’ve partnered with Ria, a trusted global money transfer provider. You can use Ria for secure and fast transactions after the Rebtel service shuts down.

5. Do I get a discount for using Ria?

Yes! We will send a discount voucher for Ria to eligible Rebtel users. Keep an eye on your email for details.

6. What if I have a problem with a past Rebtel transfer?

For support related to past Money Transfer transactions, please contact Ria’s support team directly. They will assist you with any transaction issues.

7. Will Rebtel bring back Money Transfers in the future?

For now, our focus is on enhancing international calling, mobile top-ups, and Rebtel Wireless. But we’re always working on ways to improve our services, so stay tuned!
